Otte Svaner delivery policy
Orders over 2kg & ‘small package’ size will be sent by APC Overnight courier. For next day delivery (Monday-Friday), orders
should be placed before 12 noon. Orders for express delivery on a Saturday should be
placed by 12 noon on Thursday. No overnight delivery will be guaranteed, although it will be
aimed for. Orders will not be dispatched on Saturdays or Sundays.
Courier services can be added to your order from the shop if you require faster delivery.
Charges for delivery are as follows:
Free standard UK delivery on all orders over: £65
Royal Mail small parcel service up to 2kg: £3.25
Standard overnight delivery: £7.95
Drinks delivery: £9.55
Fragile or large items over 5kg: £15
Once you have placed an order we will aim to dispatch the same day or the next day
depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has
been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and collection costs.
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually
try to deliver again the next working day, and if the contact section on the website has been
completed when placing the order, they will also contact you with delivery information.
Instructions for packages sent by courier to be left on the premises or with a neighbour
when you are not at home are left at your own risk and no liability rests with either Otte
Svaner or the courier company. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available
to accept the delivery on subsequent delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any
costs incurred. Alcohol will only be delivered to the named customer and ID may be required.
All quoted UK delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Scottish Mainland,
Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, EIRE, Dub 1-24 & County, IOM, IOW, Channel
Islands, Alderney, Herm & Sark will be subject to additional charges – please contact us for

Occasionally there may be additional delivery charges for large or heavy orders, especially
to UK Highlands and Islands or to areas outside the UK. In such circumstances you will be
contacted to discuss shipping options.
We will only deliver goods to the address on the order.
Availability
All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only.
Dimensions and weights are only approximate as are colours.
Where possible, we aim to keep product listings on our website in line with stock levels. On
occasion, however, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is
sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we
specify for delivery of goods are approximate only. We shall not be liable for any losses,
costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. In the
unlikely event that an item is out of stock and delivery subject to a delay in sourcing from
the manufacturer, you will be contacted and given the opportunity either to proceed with
your order or receive a refund if preferred.
